I’ve been to many brunch’s in the city but nothing quite as opulent as the brunch buffet at Park 75 at the Four Seasons Hotel Midtown. Luxury is what the The Four Seasons brand is about and it extends down to the dining experiences. This grand buffet is one that is not average and with a price tag of $65 per person, it is certainly on the higher end for brunch. But I think if you want to celebrate a life event, you have family in the city for the weekend or you just want to splurge on your other half, this is a great way to do that.
There are several hot and cold stations with hot stations featuring made to order omelets, breakfast meats, stuffed French toast, waffles, prime rib, shrimp and grits, salmon, mac and cheese and more. The bread station includes, assorted pastries, muffins and breads with a variety of jams and butter to accompany it. The cold stations includes a variety of salads, charcuterie, fruit, pate and the popular seafood tower with items like shrimp, crab and oysters! To top of ALL OF THAT, is the dessert station. There are an array of homemade donuts, tarts, pies, puddings…you name it, they have it.
Here are my Three Tips for tackling the Brunch Buffet at Park 75 at The Four Seasons Hotel, because believe me, you WANT to hit every station!
Now I know this seems obvious, but brunch doesn’t begin until 10am, so if you’re an early riser, you may have a little something before you head to brunch around noon. And since alcohol isn’t served in Atlanta until 12:30pm, you will be tempted to eat something before you attend this feast because you can’t have brunch without a mimosa right? I’m not saying that you shouldn’t eat prior to coming, but definitely go lighter.
Take Your Time
I was quite overwhelmed looking at all of the items the buffet had to offer. This is the largest I’ve ever seen for brunch and I just wasn’t sure where to even start! But take a moment to take it all in. Take a walk around and see what all there is offered. Come early and give yourself time to really explore.
Get small, bite-sized portions
My go-to hack for buffet’s has always been to get bite-sized portions. I know we may see a dish that looks so amazing and we pile it on our plate. That’s a no-no lol. After you’ve piled the mac and cheese on your plate, you’ve now realized that you’re full and have no room for the dessert station which you’ve been eyeing since you arrived smh. If you really want to be able to explore the buffet, bite-sized portions are the only way to go.
